Software Development

We have developed software solutions for Windows and Linux platforms, on thick client, client server and the web using SOA, and N-Tier. To ensure we deliver to your requirements we develop in four stages:

Clarify - clarify and remove any confusion

We can supply or use the clients bug tracking tools, Change Control, Document Management and Version control tools. We also conform to the clients development and management methodologies if this is prescribed or use best of breed to best fit to your requirements.

Software Support

Our support teams are available 5-9 Monday to Friday for general support on all our products. Where we develop a bespoke solution we generally provide a support agreement which defines the level of support you require. If the application is business critical we can also provide ^{1st, 2nd} and ^3rd line support 24/7. A ticketing system monitors the progress of bugs and the client is fully aware of the progress and time to fix.

Virtual Technical Team

We provide a Virtual technical team for some of our clients, such a team contains development, testing, project management and support skills and is available 5 days per week. Dedicated support numbers route our clients directly to the team. Our team can support your systems or simply enhance your own technical teams. We extend your horizons by providing technical remote technical expertise.

Consultancy

We provide consultancy services for some of our clients whether this be of an ad-hoc nature or as an ongoing support service, we are here to help. We provide business and technical expertise at the time you need us. We can even manage your project or provide an unbiased assessment.

Hosting

You can rely on us to host your application or website, we can provide a stand-off service or continually monitor for problems. We can provide as much storage, memory and bandwidth as you require. Our hosting solutions start as little as £5.99 per month.

Off-Site Backups

One of the biggest concerns of any company is the loss of their business critical data. With this in mind we offer an off-site streamed backup service. Your data can be backed up each night onto our secure servers and is encrypted before transmission. We do Full, Incremental and Differential backups which can be scheduled silently from your servers or your user PCs. Prices for scheduled off-site backups from a single PC or server to our secure servers start at £50.00 per month for 20Gb of storage

We provide web-based document management software to enable your users to access their information from anywhere with an internet connection, perfect for people on the move.

Branding and Design Service

Your brand is the thing your customers recognise. Our designers are just that "designers" who will help you get the look that describes your company or product and ensures you are correctly portrayed. Our strategic partners can provide branded stationery to complete the picture.

Portfolio CMS

Your website is the first point of contact for many of your customers which is why it needs to be up to date. Portfolio can develop your website using our own CMS allowing you to maintain the information at will.

Portfolio E-Testing

Weeding out candidate applications can be time consuming which is why we have developed a testing tool to enable to subjectively assess your candidates. As a web-based solution it allows your candidates to sit the test remotely or within your own offices. A few nice features, we can set the questions for you or you can define your own, the test can be non-timed, a single test can be set for all candidates or the questions can be randomly generated. We even supply the login details for your candidate to give you a little more time.

The results for all tests conducted is available to you via an online graphical report showing strengths, weaknesses and time taken on each test. Want more information just give us a call.
