Our Products

We know software is expensive which is why we develop our own low-cost solutions. All our products are available on a lease basis on a low monthly charge or (in some cases) completely free, the exception to this is the charge for our hosting services which requires you to sign up for a minimum of 12 months. Our Leased solution means that you are not tied to expensive software and you can cancel the lease at any time, we simply ask that you give us a few days notice if you decide to cancel close to the billing date, it then allows us to stop the charge from your account. Don't forget, you get free technical support on all our Leased software.

Keepsafe is a very simple application installed on your own PC or server. It allows you to choose what you need to backup and schedule the system to perform the backup at set times. Three types of backup are available:

Full - All data is backed up to our servers
Differential - Only files that have changed since the last backup are backed up to our servers.
Bit - The system checks each file that has changed and backs up the changed portion of that file

The application allows you to restore your data to a particular point in time, a particular directory or simply a particular file. The system can even provide a restore of the latest files should this be required. All data is compressed and encrypted before transfer to our secured servers and there is even a facility to restore to a different PC or Server should this be necessary. Keep track of your employees time with Keepstep, our full featured timesheet software. Keepstep enables your employees to record time against tasks and more importantly enables you to manage tasks done for your clients so it is much easier to track billable time. Keepstep is available for as little as £8.99 per month for 10 employees.

Knapsack is a document repository with a difference, it allows you to set up groups of users and share access to your documents amongst those groups. All documents are stored on our secured servers and knapsack is accessible via a web-browser so you simply need access to the internet to gain access to your documents.

Knapsack is perfect for sharing your files with your colleagues wherever they may be located. All documents are version controlled so it is a perfect as a solution for document archive too.
